I learned that prayer is a way of communicating or pleading with my Heavenly Father. I want to convey to my listeners that prayer is essential. We are Heavenly Father’s children, and He wants us to communicate with Him.

As I was collecting my thoughts and resources, I felt such gratitude for having the opportunity to share experiences related to my top favorite topic—gratitude, and appreciation. In this episode, I talk about things and events that I am grateful for, mainly for my life and the Savior!

The journey – Patience. I have discovered that there are many ways to practice developing patience. Patience while waiting for something or someone, patience during trials, patience with myself, and patience with others.

What is forgiveness? We hear about it and are asked to forgive or be forgiven.
